Ebook password terms and conditions

Each Ebook is supplied with a serial number that requires registering. Serial numbers are not transferable and once registered the details cannot be amended without the assistance of the database administrator.

The serial number then allows up to two passcodes to be retrieved from the database.The passcodes will be specific to the computer that the Ebook is run.

Should you require a new password because your computer has been replaced, or reformatted, then this will be issued free of charge on a discretional basis. You will need to have proof of purchase and it is recommended you retain your sales / order reference numbers.

The password can only be allocated once the user has run the Ebook on the computer they wish to use it on. The random password number is then generated. Full instructions for retrieving the password required are included within the Ebook.

Once the user has the correct password all pages of the Ebook will be unlocked, please note that the passwords are case sensitive also take care with number one (1) and the letter I and zero (0) and the letter O. There is an option to receive the password by email so you have a record of it.

If you did not purchased the Ebook directly from Auto-Solve prior to version 6.2 then please contact them for additional passwords; Auto-Solve will not have any records of this sale transaction and therefore will not be able to release any password codes until we have conformation of sales notification from the distributor.

Schools, Colleges and Technical Training establishments

The 'Diagnostic Assistance' E-book is an excellent aid for teaching and training. The Ebook will not run from a network drive unlocked by one password. If the Ebook is installed onto the network hard drive once it is opened on individual computers they will each require their own password. Requests for multiple user setups should be made by email prior to purchasing the Ebook.
